Shipping policy

February 2026 Shipping Notice

Due to a scheduled warehouse system transition, shipping and fulfillment operations will delayed. If you are in a time crunch, our customer service team is happy to help you find a local retailer or licensed reseller online.

Orders can continue to be placed during this time; however normal processing and shipment will resume once the transition is complete. All orders placed during the transition will ship as quickly as possible once operations are restored.

We recognize the timing is not ideal and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary system upgrade to support more reliable service going forward.

Delivery

We aim to guarantee you the best delivery times. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If a product is not currently in stock, you can request to be notified of its availability by entering your email address.

Seasonal Demand

Therm-ic is a highly seasonal business, and during peak winter months our warehouse experiences a significant increase in order volume. While our team works hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, higher seasonal demand may result in longer processing and shipping times. We appreciate your patience as we work through these temporary fulfillment delays.

Pro Orders

Pro orders are processed separately from standard consumer orders. During peak season and high-volume periods, pro orders may take up to two weeks to ship. While we do our best to move these orders as quickly as possible, pro orders are not prioritized over regular consumer orders. We recommend ordering early if products are needed by a specific date.

Shipping Lithium-ion

Due to federal regulations, all lithium-ion batteries must ship via ground transportation, which can extend delivery times. Lithium-ion products cannot be rush shipped for safety and compliance reasons. Please plan ahead when purchasing heated products.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive this automated email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you are still unable to locate it, contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.
