Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.


Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.


Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
o Unused and in original condition
o Returned in the original packaging


Final Sale
Please note: All Pro Program purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming we have received it. You’ll also be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
o Check your bank account again.
o Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
o Contact your bank—processing time can vary.
If you’ve completed all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info-us@sidas.com.

Exchanges
We allow exchanges for unused products within the 30-day return window. Pease email us at info-us@therm-ic.com. We’ll provide the correct return address for your return and set up an exchange order for you.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
- Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
- If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
