Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges outside of this window.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

All Pro Program purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can differ

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unused products within the 30-day return window.

Please email us at info-us@therm-ic.com, and we will provide return instructions and assist with setting up your exchange order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location
  • For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
