Therm-ic Pro Program

We’re stoked to support professionals who rely on Therm-ic gear in the field - including Guides, Instructors, Industry Employees, Athletes, First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Active Military.

Apply with valid proof of eligibility (such as a guide license or work ID). Pro Program memberships are approved for one year and must be renewed annually.

Pro Program Rules

• Personal use only: Discounts are for your own gear and may not be used for others.
• Order limits: Up to 2 heated socks, 2 batteries, 1 pair of heated gloves or mittens, and 1 heated apparel item per order.
• Fulfillment timelines: Pro Program orders may take up to 2 weeks to fulfill, especially during peak season.
• All sales final: Pro Program purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Keep it private: Please do not share your discount code or account access.
• Discount eligibility: Discounts vary and do not apply to all products.
• Email subscription required: You must remain subscribed to Therm-ic USA emails to keep your Pro status active.
