After 30 seconds, release the power button. The LED should flash once, then turn off.
Manual Reset for Gloves:
Ensure the gloves are charged.
Hold down the power button (on the glove) for 15 seconds.
After 15 seconds, release the power button.
Bluetooth Reset (in addition to manual reset for S-Packs & C-Packs)
1. Delete the Therm-IC app and redownload it.
2. To delete: Press and hold the app logo, then select the X to delete it.
Pairing with Device/App (S-Packs & C-Packs only)
1. Fully charge the batteries.
2. Ensure you have an internet connection and Bluetooth enabled.
3. Install the Therm-IC app and go to the “Connect Your Device” page (red circle with a +).
4. Press and hold the power button on both batteries at the same time. The LEDs will flash slowly, then turn solid. Release the power buttons. The LEDs will now flash rapidly (discovery mode).
5. On the app, press the + to add each battery.
6. Complete customization until you reach the page showing battery output in columns.
7. Adjust the left side to 10 and the right side to 1. The solid LED should be on the left, and the flashing LED on the right.
Updating the Firmware (S-Packs & C-Packs)
1. On the last page where the batteries are listed, click the letter I in the circle.
2. Ensure the batteries are disconnected from the charger. Select “Upgrade Firmware”.
3. Repeat for the second battery.
Charging (S-Packs, C-Packs, & Gloves)
1. Use a 5V/2A charger.

Battery Tips & Tricks (S-Packs, C-Packs, & Gloves)
• Batteries can only be paired with one device at a time. Reset the batteries to pair them with a new device (S-Packs & C-Packs).
• If batteries won’t turn on, plug them into the charger while off, then turn them on once connected.
• When new, fully charge the batteries, then drain them on high before recharging to "wake them up" after sitting dormant.
• If in doubt, delete and redownload the app (S-Packs & C-Packs).
• Gloves: To determine if the issue is with the battery or heat element, switch the batteries between the gloves.
Glove Battery Disconnect
1. Open the Velcro pouch on the inside of the wrist.
2. Gently pull the red connectors apart to disconnect the batteries.
Note: Gloves do not connect to Bluetooth.

Battery Storage Tips (S-Packs, C-Packs, & Gloves)
• Store in a cool, dry place (20°C - 25°C or 68°F - 77°F). Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Don’t store batteries fully discharged or fully charged. Keep the charge between 20% and 80%.
• Periodically charge the batteries every 3 months to maintain optimal health.
