Bundle - Heated Insoles Heat Kit + C-Pack 1700B Batteries

This complete heating system lets you transform any insole into heated insoles. The bundle combines Therm-ic’s Insole Heat Kit with a pair of C-Pack 1700B batteries, providing up to 17 hours of warmth and the flexibility of Bluetooth® app control.

How it works

The ultra-thin heating elements adhere to your insoles and connect directly to the C-Pack batteries. Once installed, you can control the heat manually using the power button or adjust settings remotely using the Therm-ic Heat Control app. Perfect for ski boots, hiking footwear, or everyday shoes. (Note: Batteries must be attached to the shoe or boot.)

Heating duration (C-Pack 1700B):

• Level 1: up to 17 hours
• Level 2: up to 9 hours
• Level 3: up to 4.5 hours

Installation instructions:

• Place the heating element at the front of your insole and mark the black cross point
• Cut the insole at the mark to route the cable underneath
• Secure the cable with the included adhesive strip
• Apply the Cambrelle top cover and trim to fit your insole shape

Bluetooth pairing instructions:

• Fully charge both batteries before pairing
• Ensure your phone has an internet connection and Bluetooth enabled
• Install the Therm-ic Heat Control app and go to the “Connect Your Device” page (red “+” symbol)
• Hold the power button on both batteries simultaneously — the LEDs will flash slowly, then turn solid
• Release the buttons when the LEDs turn solid — they will now flash rapidly (discovery mode)
• Tap the red “+” in the app and select “Add” for each battery
• Complete setup to access heat output controls
• Tip: Set the left slider to 10 and the right to 1 — the solid LED battery goes on the left foot, the slow-blinking LED goes on the right
• *Bluetooth pairing should be completed directly within our app—you won’t be able to connect using your phone’s usual Bluetooth menu.

Battery storage & maintenance tips:

• Store in a cool, dry place — ideally between 68°F and 77°F (20–25°C)
• Avoid full discharge or 100% charge — aim to keep between 20–80% for long-term storage
• Charge to ~50% before storing for extended periods
• Recharge every 3 months to avoid deep discharge and battery damage
• Keep away from flammable materials and direct heat sources
• If the battery is completely dead, charge and discharge it fully twice to recalibrate

Compatible with:

• Ski boots or footwear that allows attachment of the battery pack
• Our current heating elements are compatible only with Therm-ic C-Pack battery systems (not backward compatible with older models)

This bundle comes ready to install. Just add a USB wall adapter (5V/2A) to charge and you’re ready for the cold.
